Booking process for events:

1. Room bookings must first be confirmed with Fiona Thomas, NPG Events-Coordinator on 02. 6102 7010 or email fiona.thomas@npg.gov.au. You may also click here to enquire about more information online.

2. Once confirmed, Anthony Barhoush, our Functions Manager, will contact you to discuss catering options & tailor a menu to suit your needs.

3. Two deposits are required to confirm your event - one for the room hire, payable to the National Portrait Gallery and one to confirm the catering, payable to Portrait Catering.
